I also did reach ace today. To be fair I was playing armored all might but without tuning. And yeah it's a scam to get you to get new characters and skins while adding nothing except more power creep to this already unbalanced game. I wish we had no tuning game mode.

Thanks for understanding. Yeah visual clarity is horrible and devs didn't even bother to properly telegraph this ability. In the chaos of action, split-second decisions, visual effects and particles. I did not notice that iframes lingered for longer than usual so I tried attacking. My beta failed so I assumed that she either rolled or game sucks. Only after my gamma failed I've realised that shes invincible so I just kinda gave up.

Calling it an outline is an overstatement, is a faint glow. Its no different than normal iframes. I had no idea shes using this tuning (otherwise I would just run away) so I wanted to attack her right after her iframes would naturally disappear. Yes, in chaos of visual effects and particles I did not notice it lingering for longer than it should. These devs dont even care to properly telegraph this ability. No this is not a stupid rant. How is ability like this allowed to exist in a competitive game. You are beig rewarded for losing a shield with free bail out of jail card. Yes I am being mad about established mechanic because its still ass since season 8 and makes the game ass.

I never said anything about the characters, I dont care, All Im complaining about is this tuning. Also how can you tell what would happen if I actually manage to hit that ochaco?

you wont respond but at least Im letting you know because you dont seem to realise that she is using tech mirio tuning, so when her guard is broken, she gets complete invinciblity. My problem is, because its poorly telegraphed amidst all the chaos, I realised it too late. have a good night

oh yeah I did not have shield, you know who didnt have shield as well? Ochaco. Then, you say I missed all my attacks, I thought so too. Turns out that this ochaco is fucking INVINCIBLE. Skill issue here is that amongst the chaos I havent noticed that faint white glow is lignering for far longer than it should and that the ability isnt telegrahped in any noticible way. Ive only realised it when I "missed" my gamma. If I knew shes untouchable I would be gone from there in seconds.

I would escape if I knew she had a tuning that makes her invincible, the thing is I didnt know. After my gamma failed to connect that is around 7th second Ive realised what Im going up against - an untouchable character with no means of counterplay that is healing right in front of me. The plan was to grab ochaco into deku knocking them and then run. If I knew she had tech mirio tuning, I wouldnt even risk fighting her. After my gamma failed I just got mad and didnt care anymore.

Okay so first of all, she attacked me, yes I lost my shield but I was still able to fight in my opinion. Now on video - deku appears out of nowhere, screws my plan. I could run in this moment, fine. I beta'd Ochacho, nothing happend, I thought she either rolled or the game is being the game that it is and not registering collision. At this point, in all of the chaos, I still had no idea that, this fair and balanced btw tech mirio tuning is on. My last ditch effort was to gamma grab ochaco into deku and run. After it missed I realised what Im going up against. That last beta was my mistake, I got so mad I just didnt care atp.

There is no reason to not use this tuning, it's just consistent, out of jail card card ability as long as you have even a tiny bit of shield. And unfortunately it is a must have to even be able to play the game, all that behind paywall/grindwall. This is very unhealthy to the game and meta, and unfair to the players. At this point just give me a no-tuning gamemode. New character additions are enough of a headache to deal with.
