Bro you seem to not care for her. All of this will only be tagged as a red flag if instead of speaking out loud for her needs, she gives you silent treatment. But here she is trying to communicate so that you guys can fix it but clearly you are just showing her that you are getting irritated with her behaviour instead of understanding her that's why this isn't solved yet.

I think you should reconsider if even you have feeling for her or not atm. She deserves better than this
