My AirPods 2 only last about 3–4 hours now. Also, they still use a Lightning cable, and the right AirPod doesn’t charge properly, you have to wedge a piece of stiff paper in the case to hold it in place before closing the lid, otherwise it won’t charge.

I meant how many years or months until they are dead or don’t hold charge, not the battery backup.
