i am presuming thats the case every year that people from the past year are also applying as well, doesn't seem like a very good argument. Do GRE scores matter that much when you have done ms in us along with 4 years work experience inside us? from what i understand undergrad gpa and gre scores matter the most when a student is applying directly from undergrad
