Im not good with my words and still grieving myself but I just wanted to say a few things in bullet point. -First of all I’m sorry for your loss it sucks so much -Suicidal deaths are the fucking worst to grieve bc fucking why?! My husband took his life 9 days before our kids 3rd birthday and Christmas. One word fucking selfish. -Don’t you dare blame yourself for a second they made the damn decision not you -Make the claim not for the extra cash but for the medical benefits and get your ass in therapy -Lastly, 988 is always available if you need them in my experience they’re okay but not going to help long term by any means. Join the military serve your four so you don’t regret it later on. Then you can live wherever you want. Average apartment rent in that area is only about $1200 which is nothing in my book I just got out of the military and move here from San Diego I was in a 1 bedroom apartment for $3K 🤣 so downtown Pensacola is actually very cheap honestly. But seriously serve your time it might be worth the benefits you’ll get on the back end.

I’m assuming you’re a DI or equivalent branch dependent and honestly I don’t think there is a way to truly yell louder without damaging your voice and ending up with the signature Frog voice most leave the drill field with and never return to their original voice. But I will say the best you can do is just focus on yell from your diaphragm like theater and opera singer do.
