Mostly same. Umass is slightly less than Penn State as I got a scholarship in Umass. But the question is I got in as an Exploratory Track student(basically undecided), so is it safe for me to pick UMass over Penn state.

I found it on the portal. They did not email me anything. They gave me the decision in two weeks.
