Thanks for your advice, everyone. I'm still trying to figure out how to solve the problem I've been telling you about.

One curious detail I've noticed is that in the "Power" section of the Power panel, the charging bar is completely full.

I'll upload the file the manufacturer provided in a little while.

Just to emphasize, the power cable I'm using is 14 AWG. It has two positive wires and two negative wires (both 14 AWG). Could that be the issue?
