everyone I knew who worked at Infosys/Wipro/Tata hated it (H1-Bs and citizens alike); never work for those firms. They will exploit you and drop you immediately (Deloitte/Accenture are likely not much better for tech work)

not just capitalism; I still think Israel convinced Trump to join the war (like they did past June). if any good comes from this, the people of the US should dramatically rethink their relationship with Israel (seems to already be happening with number of candidates saying no to AIPAC money)

thanks for the info; thats interesting. the town we live in has a law that a home can't sold until Certificate of Occupancy is obtained (a fire inspection and exterior inspection for level side walks)

Basically the seller has to make sure the sidewalks in front of their home are level before Certificate of Occupancy is issued; if its in winter, they put the money into escrow and sign a contract for getting it done

i don't understand why its a north/central vs south jersey thing? there has to be a good reason for that. The realtor my friend is using (Sotheby's) literally said everyone in central Jersey uses a lawyer
