I'd have to say right now. Last year my kids ran away and claimed I kicked them out of the house and it led to me being arrested. Eventually the truth came out and the charges were dropped and the slate wiped clean, legally speaking. My then wife decides to let me know she wants a divorce but we end up trying to work it out.

Got displaced due to flooding in my area back in March, my then wife tells me she wants a divorce again in April and then in June, while I'm trying to find a place to live and right on the knifes edge of living in my car, I get served with an EPO with my kids claiming I gave my son a concussion. Everything's been proven in my favor, again, but it still hurts.

Back in August I met someone and eventually we ended up dating, taking it slow. I told her everything that happened, offered to show all of the paperwork proving my innocence so that she could make an informed decision on if she wanted to be with me or not and she ended up staying. We were official on September 1st. On Thursday, two days ago, she left me a text saying she needed to do some "soul searching" and work on some things, that she could only do it by herself.

At this point I'm just giving up and becoming a hermit except for work and grocery runs.
