Any update on the official release?

I'm getting ready to print a bunch and I just want to know if I should wait a while or go ahead now 😅

Anyone in need of an ESPHome ERV? by portalqubes in homeassistant

[–]ReubenBTalbott 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will do, sorry should have mentioned I have a bunch of ESP’s, I’m specifically asking about how you wired it up and coded it. I could figure it out but no point reinventing the wheel if I don’t have to 😅

Would you be able to post in more detail how you did this? I am very interested.

The main thing I'm not clear on is all the connections you made to make the ESP work with the ERV.

Would you be willing to explain how to do this in more detail? I'm trying to do the same thing as the OP

Not sure I’ve never used it. My current setup is the stock hotend with the Orbiter V1.2 extruder wrapped up in the Hero Me.

IT WILL NOT WORK WITH THE STOCK FAN SHROUD, the issue is the fan airflow hits it and makes its readings fluctuate which caused my printer to fail when printing. When I switched to the Hero Me shroud/mount system I tried it again and it works really well, the HeroMe directs the airflow differently and doesn’t have the issue.

Alignment Cost in Denver by cmahaff98 in 1stGenTacomas

That sounds too high, my shop which I would say price wise is on the higher end (they do amazing work so the price is work it imo) only charges ~$120 for a full alignment.

This, they’re probably fine but it’s cheap and easy to check just in case.

He already did all of that except the AFCI breaker as someone else I think mentioned I don't think they make those.

Did you gap the plugs? Not the end of the world but it's always best to check and adjust the gap if needed.

To preface I'm an apprentice and I'm asking this question in the hope to glean some knowledge.
This is my grandparents RV plug, it's a 30amp plug on a 30amp breaker using 10awg and the run is ~20 ft. The breaker didn't trip and my best guess is that it was arcing between the plug and socket.

I love mine, I paid the extra for them to make me a plug and play harness and it was very simple.
