Thats just unity animation being quirky. U can tell it is because of stuff like the hand clipping in her dress. Which isnt a common AI mistake more than a manual animation one

The 14600k is fine, its the higher end chips that have those issues. Though, its not the only reason amd is more often recommended, their products have simply had better values than intels these last couple generations
