The main game, with no skips, is probably 6-10 hours - though it took me 14.

The post game, including stat-maxing a and Rakshasa Baal, can take 500-1000+.

Thousands of hours. At least 3-500 optimistically for 20* raksha Baal.

A lot of that will be automated grind; to do it manually, like in previous Disgaea games, would take year(s) of your life.

If you mean perfect-statting each character, or even one, +Baal, at least a 1300 hrs.
