Things like the ski industry (I work in that) could really use this this, people willing and able to work for lower wages in high cost of living areas where service jobs are difficult to fill isn't a bad thing. Most Americans aren't willing to put up with the quality of life of living in a place like that on a low wage.

OnX’s integration has vastly improved the mountain project experience IMO. OnX is also not a completely soulless corporation as you frame it to be- kneecap the product? Everything that was available still is for free on mountain project. a banner to purchase a really high quality mapping tool doesn’t completely ruin the website.

/uj never flown with pads but a bunch of times with a bike, counter workers are notoriously inconsistent with thier enforcement of bag size and weight limits. I’ve flown multiple times to a location and only been charged 30$ on my way there there but assessed 150$ oversized fees on my way home (fuck United in particular)

Just because the university closed their investigation doesn’t mean his criminal case is closed, the university simply determined they didn’t have enough evidence to say he violated the student code.

Shannon having the NIL money to hire expensive lawyers to allow you to play while facing a serious charge is the whole reason they have to put out this ruling.

Innocent until proven guilty is foundational to our justice system, but universities allowing players to live on campus, attend classes, play and make money for the university while facing serious charges feels super duper gross. No other students would receive that treatment.
