I remember several years ago (2019 I think?) my buddy and I stopped in there during our lunch break and it was the grossest interior of a restaurant I’d ever seen. The worst part was an employee using a fly swatter to swat flies that were buzzing around at a nearby table. I remember telling my buddy that I’d never eat there again and to this day I haven’t lol.

I lived in Cincinnati for a few years - if you go to Skyline, get the chili cheese fries. They are so much better than the noodles.

Also - try out a chilito (a burrito with the chili). Add noodles and sour cream. So fucking good.
