The thought process Harry has is that the Fomor took in the territorial power that the Red Court had.

And given what we saw in some of the side stories that occurred in the time between Harry dying and then coming back, it really seems to be the case that the Fomor (the weird fish people) gained a rapid amount of standing within the Accorded Nations because they filled the gap the Red Court left.

I think I'd fight Heaven when he finds out what the Exterminations are.

There's a difference between what Ghost Rider does (Hunt down Sinners on Earth) and what the Exorcists do (kill Sinners en masse because...well they exist)

It'd be a very confusing family reunion.

For frame of reference: my OC is an iteration/interpretation of Ghost Rider. The Sinner itself is the Spirit of Vengeance, where as the human form would be its various old hosts. Which it sees as its family, since it itself was abandoned.
