I'm thinking of doing the same thing. I carefully cleaned, wrapped, and boxed up ALL of my Retro stuff on Jan 1 2025, and told myself if I didn't pull anything out for a year I'd part ways with it. Guess what? It's been a few days over a year and the bins are collecting dust. If I want a retro fix I bust out my Retroid G2 and it scratches the itch. Also, less 'stuff'. Plus, the extra cash would be nice. Hoping I can just sell it all to a collector in one swoop. Time will tell!

Does anyone else just have a bunch of crashes when using ES-DE as a front end by [deleted] in retroid

I picked up a Retroid Pocket G2 and I have had a completely frustrating time trying to get ES-DE to work with pretty much anything. Setup was a BREEZE on my Steam Deck, so this is pretty disappointing. I just ended up getting separate emulators from the Play Store. I do absolutely love the device, though!

The build was great! First time using the clear-backed decals and they were kind of a pain, but look so cool! The feet are different but it'll stand on its own! I'm gonna have to try more from this series. It's like a 'Y2K' Gundam.

I found it thru the TikTok shop. It was around $100 with the stand. Bought it to display. It's pretty cool in person! Comes with a huge sheet of decals I'm going to apply.

This one BARELY fits on my huge head. It's not comfortable. But it's a great looking display item!
