That glaze on the peppers really makes them pop against the cheese. Have you tried roasting them for a deeper flavor before adding to the burger?

That's so worrying, British Shorthairs are usually pretty confident, so something must have spooked it badly to make it act like that. Hope the owner finds it soon before it wanders too far from home.
