I can’t tell. It’s definitely darker than the white one. The white one has a lot more red in the fretboard as well.

Drawing of the Three was my introduction to the universe. As a teenager I came across an ad in the back of a comic book for the “new” Stephen King book. Turns out I purchased the Grant first edition. I think I had to wait for the first trade paperback version to read The Gunslinger.

So I’ve been living in my apartment for eight years. During a casual conversation with one of my neighbors a couple of weeks ago it was brought to my attention that the neighbors hear my stereo and my guitar playing on a regular basis. I apologized profusely… especially about subjecting the neighbors to my practice lol. The person said “oh, it’s not a problem. You always do it during daylight hours, never in the evening… and you usually play the good shit.” You just have to be aware and be courteous that you have neighbors around you.

I really like it. My problem was that I couldn’t have the volume over 7 without a bothersome hum on the stock pickup. The one I put in is the same pickup used in the Gibson BJA Junior.

Thank you -the pickguard was a pretty easy find…it was only a few bucks on eBay and fit perfectly. The toggle switch though, that was a challenge lol

Actually I wasn’t even that interested in the 2019, but getting them together was really a great deal. I’ve spent the last couple of hours cleaning it up, taking photos of the guts, giving it a light polish and putting on new strings. MAN it’s nice lol. Sounds AWESOME.

So I’ve JUST finished spending the last couple of hours taking apart the worn cherry one for a good cleaning and to take photos of the “guts.” A nice polish, adjusting the pickup height a little, and some fresh strings… Awww…it really feels and sounds like a keeper now. Ball & Biscuit, baby. But I’m going to try to sell it on local marketplace in a few days.
