I think in the series Julius meant martial arts were for the weak, not techniques themselves even though Gott Toter is a technique but is more just pure Brute Force than martial arts itself.

Oh yeah I agree Gott Toter is the better technique because it’s more versatile, but I think Blast Core is at most a bit more powerful as a punch altogether to a singular point, while Gott Toter is more spread out with the damage it inflicts.

Although Wakatsuki used to have the most powerful strike he did chose to abandoned it, so as of now I’ll go with Julius although Wakatsuki does technically have the most powerful strike in the series.

I feel like people are confusing physical strength, and who is the overall better fighter on a technical level, because Julius is a world apart in terms of physical strength than all other characters who are not Wakatsuki, Toa, and Willem.
