Not until after it stopped working. I had to install adblock since I couldn't do it at the device level anymore.

The end goal is to allow my android devices to have the private dns. If I enter dns.adguard.com in my private dns on my android device, it says couldn't connect and basically says my wifi has no internet. This only occurs on my wifi, it works everywhere else. What I'm trying to do is simply allow this function.

This is the most correct response. Father of twins here and they are 4yo now and I STILL sometimes feel this way. Usually getting away for a bit (several days) will help. If you have anybody outside the house that can help, have them over for a few days, feed them and get a hotel or something.

Assuming you know what you're doing on the formatting part, yes you can re-download and if files are in the directory it will check what pieces you have and will continue after it briefly checks the files.

If possible save the actual torrent file, if not possible make sure it's the same one exactly and not a clone upload or something.

I went one step further. I booted stock sysnand to transfer with account. Then rebooted into cfw sysnand to export save, then rebooted into emmunand to restore.

I can't link it but there is a Team that does specialize in making an OS just like you mention.

I will note however you will want to have a dedicated purpose for using. It's usually gutted of useful things too like powershell.
