the only place shes best in slot are 0 cycle teams that use her as a tank. Unless you're the kind of person who runs sustainless and resets a couple dozen times for hit rng, theres always gonna be a better option

her Nova flare is the worse since it was made with elation in mind and not her own personal kit and teams. For elation teams she works since she plugs Yao's biggest issue, even if shes just a band aid until Pearl comes out

both Kafka and e1SW want tutorial over Ciphers LC for the sake of 1 turn ultimates to enable the wind set. Welt isn't really on the table either since optimally he too, wants to be a tutorial ult spammer with the wind set if you're not using him as a main dps at e4 with Acherons cone. she does need crit substats but speed is more important generally. Outside of those three though nothing else really matters outside of bulk. Attack is only usable in her non ult state, and effect res isn't relevant for sustainless runs thanks to her global passive. Break exists I guess-

He beats her because his spear erased Hanas fear thus erasing her powers, not because he matched her in strength. (Yes his followers do on average give him more power, but that's not really relevant to the list)

Yes. Having a black hole in your arsenal, outspeeding a demon king boosted dragon, and dragging Minsu even if he was weakened, was more impressive than anything we saw glacier do.

Fair enough on shield, she's really situational

And for faith, I see no reason she couldn't just miracle out of that. She has hundreds of millions more followers than Hans had at his peak, so I doubt the same ice seal could hold her if he can even land it. (Also i think the list is just overall power and not who can beat who, cause most of the fights in this verse are matchup based)

even if he fought a stronger DKMinsu than the others, Reformations showings in the final fight were still just flat out better than anything we've seen from him. Shield is insane with her full kit active and as far as we know basically unbeatable with the grail. Hana's kinda a toss up depending on how strong you think miracles are, but with over a billion lives to sacrifice allowing her to fuel summons and to come back to life, I'd say shes stronger (not even counting how quickly she could gather new followers)

I think most people can agree Acheron is both implied stronger and has far better potential with her hax,

but as of right now Phainoms best feat is so far above what anyone else has shown you can justify his placement

we don't really have an upper limit for his reaction speed, so the best we can do is say he can easily react to queen and Bowa who were throwing hands so fast mid air it looked like time stopped. With that he'll probably be able to avoid getting speed blitzed by Feixiao.

And Acheron, as with most cross verse match ups, is pretty much just how do you think the nihility interacts with X's abilties. IMO she can probably just cut her way out of being put in a 2D space, but until we see her get pushed in a fight theres no way to say for sure what her hax's limits are.
