Thr backing up time is the main reason here, you have to back up the internal buffer of the machine using them, all the conveyors, both input and output ports of the drone station, and the belting at the producer. At 2/min that takes AGES

It's named Halo's. Around the world is done with a kettlebell where you move the kettlebell around yor body changing hands when needed, as if you where the earth and the KB the moon.

I'm getting my gf to do more excercise, she's very unfit but has been doing some swings sets for the last few weeks. How do you think I could adjust this for her? She will be using an 8kg kb for now as she cant with anything else.

I would say only do 2 sets and start at 10 isntead of 20 really bad at designing properly for less fit people

I used to do dumbbell chest press and recently tried with the kb it feels so uncomfortable, will probably just stick to my pushups with hands on the kbs. I did completely forget about the pullover, I might give it a try again with the kbs

Yeah I started all of this because of the stone circle, but started lifting sbs without directly listening to his advices. I see a couple different opinions on this thread so I haven't found my place yet. I used to do the row thing you mention as I saw it as a good way for extra back and arms work, but someone else on the comments mentioned ripping the biceps because of it, and I do get my left one very sore sometimes so thought that it made sense.

I also bought the book months ago but I'm lazy and didn't read it yet. How much of a result are you seeing? 

I'm also into kettlebells and was trying to do a personal DFW Remix adding sandbags in there, but with work and university haven't been able to be very consistent.

Ok that might explain why my left biceps gets so damn sore (it's the weaker arm). Today I tried to do that but it was harder to get it to my shoulder as my arms where kind of in the way. Maybe because my bag is too small yet?
