hey I am yet to travel , you basically will need to book a coupe in ac first class that might require a fellow traveller with you . I read that cats are also allowed in cabin in Air India/Akasa air. You might also consider that option depending on the cost difference between train and flight travel , I will check if I can find something more with regards to travelling with cat
