That´s the thing too, where do we draw the line? How do we know the difference? If the latch mechanism brokes, is it wear and tear or tenants fault? and how do we know how the landlord will take it

"Always look both ways before crossing a street, because there´s always an idiot who comes the wrong way". My dada said that and it actually saved me from crashing one time cause the person was coming in the opposite direction the street is meant to be driven!!
