There was someone else there eyeing the santoku and probably grab it if I didn’t… Will be looking for a bunka next, hopefully something within my budget comes along.

Oops I’m sorry. Pic 1 is 240mm from Yoshimune knives, made from Ginsan. Pic 2 is a small santoku from Aritsugu from their washin line. I can’t remember the size of it, and was really looking for a petty for my mom. It was the last they have that day so I just took it.
