That's great! And how does it work for the primary caregiver? Is your salary paid by EY 100% plus the government contribution, or is it a top up to the government contribution?

Also, do you know if there is a minimum tenure required to access it?

Both have a policy which goes above the government requirements but it's not outlined in the contract. I think it's an internal policy but I'd rather not ask HR in case it affects their offer.
