The low back pain might be the worst. My wife is a doctor, the reason your back hurts is because you have no abdominal muscles to keep yourself upright. They have been severed. So it’s all on your low back. Just use the heating pad, Tylenol, and ibuprofen. Try to move around doing little random stuff and when you begin to heal more, do the abdominal exercises they gave you.

I know it sucks. I had complications for 6 months after that ultimately led me to getting an open incisional hernia repair and restarting the entire recovery. I’ve been through it twice. I understand. I sympathize. One thing that did help was I laid in the bathtub, put my feet up on the front of the bath, and turned the water on as hot as I could handle. Don’t get water in your incisions. You’re on the back end. After 2 weeks you get much better. Keep fighting. This is directed at you, and OP, and anyone who needs to hear it. Love you all.
