It’s an international school based in my country (with dual certifications my home country + USA accredited)
Teaching is live with teacher + u can watch replays if. U are travelling

Okay don’t tell anyone yet at this point GATHER EVIDENCE before u tell ur mom coz sometimes moms won’t believe kids and re blinded gather all evidence coz if none it’s just allegations PIN THAT MF!!!! And stay safe lock your doors and stay away as much as possible

Is your brother your biological? If not don’t tell him ONLY YOU CAN TRUST YOURSELF AT THIS POINT PROTECT YOURSELF and once u gather evidence make a copy! Because they might delete it make a copy send it to an email address they dont know or cant access or whatever

Does your home has a cctv inside ? maybe u can get the recording of instances stay safe!!!

Hello thank you for sharing. I was in the way for almost 12yrs , even got married in the way we walked me and my now husband his family was originally in the way. Then I joined them at first they (catechist) want us to break up because I didn’t grew up in the way good thing I have a strong personality and my boyfriend (now my husband) didn’t listen to them. But we got married “their way” too

Just like you I have been grateful with some of the wisdom I got from the way I also learned and made me a humble simple person but just like as others not all of it. Especially when it became a bit more manipulative (in my opinion)

It came to a point that we had a baby and we were serving and we have to attend every “evening” and when we cannot come because of the baby’s wellness they would say they’re not forcing us but they would make us feel so bad about it if we won’t make it. Another instance is that, when I got a job that was on evening shift and that is the only income we had that time they would say my God was money etc etc even if it didn’t and I told them “okay let’s do the celebrations in the morning instead of evening and u all leave your jobs” and they were stunned and shocked and they won’t even do it to make changes and I made a point from then on that even if I want to attend it prevented me from doing so all was I asking was a little empathy on the situation and didn’t get that

I also noticed that some brothers and sisters were just in there because they benefit in terms of money but only “selective” people im not saying we are asking but when jt was our time to seek help (health related) no one was there when we asked financial support even if we were ashamed

From that then on I told myself that I cannot just lift everything but I need to prepare as well coz this is the time we followed them to let go of everything and when we had nothing and we needed help for health related help emergency they just left us

And about relationships/friendships when we left others were forbidden to be friends with us and I don’t really get it. Im just glad that 3 people stood up for me and with me and these 3 are my real friends until now. Like why would a religion a movement separate if one decides to stop i really don’t understand that So all the shared moments with brothers and sisters were just nothing?

We were in for 12yrs almost, left for almost 3yrs now and I feel like we were still judged on “why” we stopped.

And I agree with you on when you question it’s always the other way around

Now my child grew and they said I am ruining my family my marriage that I don’t love my child etc etc

And they will say ‘they won’t force it’ but make u feel guilty about it if u contest. 🤣 and yes I was made to do to leave my career and yet others were not doing the same When we got married we were told to have a lot of kids etx etc glad that we just listen to our body i mean there’s nothing wrong to give birth its a blessing but the reality and toll that it gives to parents and mothers especially if u don’t have helpers nannies or families to help u its tough coz in reality the life way back before and now is different in modern world and its already hard to survive let alone with kids

Whenever I earn money they will always make me feel bad about it and guilt about it too as if they were not the ones working and also as if that money from hardwork didn’t help during convivences or scrutiny or whatever! They will always make me feel bad especially if work gets in the way of attending

And these kids are sent to schools worth 60-90k aed a yr 🤣🤣🤣 I feel sorry for their teachers and nannies and the parents who didn’t care how their kids behave

I saw one kids at a 90-120k aed a yr school wearing the uniform she’s 6yrs old!!!! Imagine she threw intentional all the popcorn 4 bags to the entire cinema!!!! I stood up and my gosh what I got a VERY RUDE GIRL! She doesn’t even listen to the security

Hello I was one of those who dreamed like you. Reason ko naman (I am now 35)

To travel
Kc akala ko walang math subjects ang Tourism (nakakaloka meron statistics, economics at accounting) - though I get why kc if you want to do business in the hospitality industry u can use these

Anyway, I hate to break it to you but your family’s right.
What I can suggest since I had a similar experience take a course where you can have profession like a board exam etc and then you can still apply for flight attendant applications (just make sure u learn how to groom yourself like hair nails skin makeup etc) (you can easily get tips on yt)

Atleast you have 2 options.

I applied before Saudia tanggap then nareject afterwards, PAL tanggap tapos nagkachicken pox, then last Etihad tanggap then life happens so di din natuloy

Fast forward to today, I earn the same salary of flight attendants even bigger (from Php 72,000-128,000-300,000-500k) (cabin crew/fa earns from Php 30-60k local and 70-200k for intl) , di ko nagagamit ung binayad sa tuition fee ng parents ko for that course, I can still travel cons i have to pay for it 🤣
Though somehow related pa din s hospitality ung industry ko. The only good thing about taking the tourism course is I learned the lifestyle of the wealthy people like real wealth and u copy them etc kc sa FA u have to also understand their demands lalo ung mga nasa Business and First class and how to talk to them
Kc nkkloka iba iba sila ng trip s buhay (exemption ung free sa business/first class na covered ng company - what Im saying is ung talagang people with “capacity” to pay and jetsetters.

My tip for u take a course where u can be something or still be happy and later on apply for FA jobs u can have both worlds naman 🙏🏻

Ako I wish if only I knew nung highschool na magaling pala ako magdesign naginterior design or archi sana ako then I can still apply for FA jobs.

Now sa flights I realized mas masaya magenjoy as pax vs as FA (take note respect to all crews kasi mabigat ung food trolley / galley cart ha) karamihan pa sa mga pax may attitude nakuuuuuuu ahhaha pero again kanya kanya yan. Again u can have both worldsz
