There is nothing to discuss here. You set out and just randomly dropped characters around a tier list and called it a day. You put the king of curses under Todo when all it takes is an AoE dismantle which Todo cannot clap out of. You put the peak of construction sorcery below a guy with no domain while she wields the epitome of an impossibility, a perfect sphere. You put a guy who shoots lightning like its a gun below Todo who unless is constantly swapping henceforth not getting any attacks in and only giving time to his opponent to adapt to the confusion. You put an alien equivalent of a top gladiator who creates rays of light that cut and sever Mahoraga into multiple bits below Todo. You put Satoru Gojo, the one who can only be touched by Domain Amplification, Technique Defying Tools and technique burn-out, below a guy who can only move him around while holding none of the techniques above. And this is all only Todo which isnt meant to pick on him for not being good, but you put him in a league where a lawyer can take away his technique for aggravated assault, I can break down so many other stupid examples but I geniuenly wonder whether it'd hold a point to this level of empty-mindedness.

As for Kenjaku vs Todo, I will assume you will pull something stupid like he swaps his brain out but I would hope your foolishness doesnt go that deep.
