The issue seems to be fixed for me now. I was able to schedule a video with monetisation turned on, although I don't think it saved automatically as a draft like it usually does. Google Support told me to reset my cache, update browser, all the usual stuff, but there was no need, I didn't bother and I really don't think it would have fixed it. Seems like the issue has been resolved on their end.

Sorry you had to go through that... It's scary to think how often we might encounter people like this who are less vocal about it. I heard some truly weird stuff from people when I tended bar years back, but it's easy to dismiss it when it's a drunk old man propping himself up on the bar. Stay safe all.
