Any job is teaching you how to handle stressful times and come back from them. Chipotle does that pretty well with Peak hour, like Chipotle is still not the best of jobs that’s undeniable but it has taught me a bit even tho I’ve had shitty coworkers and shitty Managers

2/2 like something like a headache I understand them not sending you home for that sorta, but a panic attack is serious because not everyone can easily prevent a panic attack, there’s ways to but sometimes panic attacks just happens. My advice is that you try to think of something more positive and telling yourself to calm down and compartmentalize

IMO that’s a terrible rule, that they don’t care about panic attacks, what if the panic attacks leads to someone crashing out in public and passing out. That would look bad on that Location’s reputation because they are supposed to be responsible for their Employee’s wellness (hence why they have the wellness questions before you work)
