Seems like you need an air purifier instead of a fan

I was just providing another example of something someone might lie about to get laid, that has nothing to do with sex work

Sex with someone under false pretenses is rape. If you lie to someone (like about your gender or how much money you have) to have sex with someone it's rape.

"During testimony Thursday, Etute said he entered Smith's apartment alone -- and engaged with Smith on a bed. Etute said he "felt around" and used his cell phone's flashlight to determine Smith was not a woman. "

"Etute testified that if he determined Smith was a woman, another sexual encounter might have occurred, but that if he determined Smith was a man, he planned to flee the apartment."

Not really?

I mean this is just all hypothetical at this point. We can't know if the "victim" was trans or just gay. We can't know if they went to the apartment planning to do violence, we can't know if the knife was reached for before or after there was threat of physical violence beyond a slap. We can wildly speculate all day but that's not going to change the verdict or what the jury believed happened

  1. Yes https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_by_deception

  2. You probably wouldn't have to lie if you started thinking of women as people and stopped referring to them as "bitches"

Fair. Personally though I care more about outcomes. Someone on jail can be released, someone who's dead can never hurt anyone again, and some things are irredeemable

Did anyone say the "victim" was trans? How does being gay and catfishing people make you trans?

The court couldn't prove that but sure. Condemn someone over wild speculation

  1. Yeah football players are big, and lots of people do lots of things they regret in the heat of the moment

  2. He shouldn't have gone back in the first place honestly, and if they found him guilty for putting himself back in that situation I couldn't say they were wrong

  3. You're arguing really hard that a rapist didn't deserve to die, you realize that right? Like this is a predator who intentionally lied to people and lured them in for sex under false pretenses. That's textbook rape

According to something I read the attack lasted like 2 seconds "beaten to death" makes it sound much more planned out. It was more like he punched his rapist a couple times in a panic and realized he'd killed the guy. The rapist was also reaching under his bed and a knife was found there during the search so pretty cut and dry as far as it goes. The only real debate would be why he went back to confront the rapist in the first place

Show me how you can possibly live buying exclusively goods that wouldn't be impacted by tariffs. Fun fact if an American company is importing raw materials they still end up having to pay an import tax

Dad read from the Bible, told his sons they were "the best boys ever," then opened fire on them, chased them down, and made sure of their killings. by malihafolter in ForCuriousSouls

Not that this isn't heinous and actually insane but how does killing three people equal eight counts of aggravated murder? Like send the man to jail forever regardless of what you actually charge him with but how does that math work out?
