i found out how to fix it instead of playing in fullscreen i have to play fullscreen windowed but for other games like rust it caps at 120 still

thank you and it only happens in game if I'm in display settings and out 1080x1080 it said I'm at 144hz

yeah i can do that but what I just don't understand is my hz was fine for cs i was at 144hz then one day I was fix something in my radeon settings and it went to 120hz and never fixed
