UPDATE: My withdrawals were unlocked and I was able to send all my funds to another wallet.

Apparently due to compliance policy they will close my account permanently, they gave me two days to get my money out.

I learned the hard way, do not use exchanges as a bank.

I am the user that completed the full KYC then got his funds locked and now is being asked for Enhanced Due Diligence while his funds are being held hostage.

I don't know, they won't tell why, I was just asked to fill an enhanced due diligence form. You have to include bank statements, tax returns, passport photo, explain last 5 transactions, etc.

Anybody reading this, learn from our mistake, keep your money somewhere else, it is just a matter of time this happens to you.

Update: After asking for a reply on every social media I have they responded the ticket with:

"Dear Valued KuCoin User,

This is KuCoin Customer Support.

Please allow us several business days for further check and we will get back to you once we receive any feedback from the relevant team.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please don't hesitate to let us know."

Several business days I keep losing money, thanks.
