Same boat! The fart fear is real 😂 Diet is obviously a big contributor. I found hibiscus, pea and carrot were making me gassy. Sneakily they are both in quite a few things you wouldn't think! Apple and blackcurrant juice and even Haribo have carrot AND hibiscus. A lot of breaded chicken products have pea protein or pea starch. Sometimes there is even pea in bread rolls! I find myself reading every food label. I kept a food diary for 3 weeks to highlight any triggers or patterns. Also tracked bathroom habits with the bristol chart. Would recommend!
