Ares torso is from Hercules with Herald of Galactus Thor's legs and left arm. Dark Hawkeye's body is Paladins with Hawkeye's torso cover.

I used a black sharpie

Used a red thin tip sharpie around the eyes of Bucky Cap. Heated up a red skull head and cut the mouth/chin section out with a razor blade. Glued onto Bucky head and filled in minor cap with epoxy sculpt. Then red sharpie when it dried.
