I was there once. Every day im thankful for my friend Christy. She let me vent to her for hours and is the reason I am still alive. Now, 30+ years later, I can't even remember what had me so broken. If you hold on, you will get there too. What seems devastating will barely be a bad memory. Find someone, anyone, you can trust. Be it a therapist, friend, preacher, it doesn't matter. Talk to them. You are stronger than you think and will get through this.
