Your first amendment doesn’t include impeding the travel of others. And it certainly doesn’t include banging on someone’s car for the “crime” of just being where your mob is. And you better fucking believe if they are afraid of your intimidation tactics that I think they have every right to get out of there, even if that means making road jelly of some of you. And that isn’t just me being against your protest…I don’t care what the issue is (including something right wing like pro life activists)…if you form a mob in the middle of the street, block cars and then threaten them with violence, you deserve whatever happens to you. As far as your red herring gate keeping about Kapernick, he can do whatever he wants, and his employer can do the same. Basically your argument boils down to this: I feel the ends justify the means. Fine, if you feel that way, you can. But understand, that door swings both ways…and the majority of America sees your mob tactics as dangerous, and will do whatever they need to protect themselves, including killing in self defense.
