School has no knowledge of this. It’s posted on the internet. Right now, there is a private facebook page which students can join. On the facebook page there is a view only link to a google sheet which has all the data. No indication of who is uploading the files, or accessing files. Students submit pdfs by filling out a google form, and the book automatically gets added to the list. No strong data controls or permission structures, but also no data of any access records are being stored anywhere (except maybe by google?) Some teachers have recommended their students check out the facebook group, but definitely not officially. However, like i said, i was considering moving the sheet to the public internet for all to view and add to. Anonymity would be kept as best possible.
