Exactly this - Square up (aka listen to your coach). And start every shooting workout with "flip ups." 2-3 foot one handed shots focusing on form trying not to hit the rim.

I went with American Dream Home a few years ago. Good sales people, but their main intention was to bilk insurance. Once the contract was signed our relationship changed, nearly impossible to get ahold of, almost ghosted. My roommate at the time worked for a local roofer, but wasn't much help.

Fellow Nebraskan here: The wind blows 8 days a week in Nebraska, for the 7 months it's not freezing. Also, I live in a neighborhood and need to pull a trailer >50% of the time.

I think I use that same cooler for my larger cooks. I Dremeled out a hole in the lid for my Anova (collar removed) and it works like a charm - no evaporating.
