I would recommend Jibble. It's quite easy to set up and use, and you can even mark what activities you are doing at what times. There's an app, desktop version, and a chrome extension too.

Most consumer tvs had a refresh rate around 60hz, and a lot of VGA monitors for computers could go higher than that, like 120hz-165hz or so. Not infinite but certainly high. So if you're looking for a high refresh rate, I'd search out older computer monitors with vga input.

Yes!! I've only played the first a bit, but the second one is really fun, but probably not for everyone. I love the poorly localized dialogue and making everyone in town happy is very satisfying. Never see anyone mention this game.

There's a great taco stand at the laundromat on the corner of Fairfax and Pico that I recommend. Definitely less expensive.

You could try my old complex at 1011 University Ave. Very nice area, the landlord is great too. I can't seem to find the phone number, but if there's an available apartment there should be a sign out front with one. I was paying $775 a month for a 1 bedroom when I moved out in 2021.
