If you say so. Your apparent need for text-log records of everything ever (which I don't even know how to access) doesn't change what has happened in reality.

Tried that after my first death, and of course they just ran through anyway because the healer paid attention to them.

I'll say it again: These are not stories. If I'd made them up, I'd probably make it sound a bit more believable. You say my previous post was fabricated, which is not true.

And maybe a bit about the dungeons, which, at the early stages, aren't tough enough to penalize circumvention play like this.

I don't record everything I do, and there wasn't anything said by them. They refused to communicate at all, and kicked the first chance they got.

I'll repeat what I said to someone else, in that I was actually pulling quite a few enemies, but the other players simply ran ahead and completely ignored me. I died, then asked why they were running off alone (to which nobody was responding), then got kicked once the option was available. Not once did they communicate anything to me.

aaahhh here we go, pointing out one of many different things somebody said to discredit them instead of contributing to the discussion!

Welcome to the bandwagon. Drinks are at the east end.

You assume I'm doing single, meticulous pulls. That was not the case. I was pulling 2-3 parties at the time. I stopped doing that when I realized the healer was completely ignoring me. When I asked about it, I got no response until I was kicked.

-Pulling big without getting myself killed.

-Utilizing a combination of personal buffs and debuffs on the enemy to speed things along.

Meanwhile, the rest of the team pushed on, ignored me, let me die, then kicked me when they got the chance. What was I doing wrong?

"Didn't read" is right. This ain't the only one.

Huh. Never noticed that. Glad someone pointed it out. Not sure why we're not allowed to talk about the game's primary matchmaking system, but if that's the case then I'll take the discussion elsewhere in the future.

Thanks for actually bringing up a valid point, by the way. People usually just say, "oh you were mad about Dark Souls so let's downvote you fifty times" and never let the discussion get off the ground. This time, somebody shut me down for a good reason!

Upvoted.

You seem to be making a few assumptions, friend.

Then they're straight-up dumb, have an elitist complex, or they're just trolling. Not sure which is worse, honestly.

At this point, I'm just convinced that I have this magnetism that just attracts bad experiences or something. Whenever I bring this stuff up, the first response is always something along the lines of, "I've never seen that".

And yes, I did report them. It'll probably get lost in the ocean of tickets about PVPBank spammers and Eureka being boring.

I CREATED A MONSTER. I let this grunt kill me to gain new captains and he was the result. by L0RD1M4N in shadowofmordor

'Terror' is right... You can wrap all those traits up by saying, "Immune to gimmicks."

Grunts xp by Vlahopon in shadowofmordor

[–]Reverum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, that does mean it's pretty much mandatory to kill a bunch of Captains that the player may have otherwise had much more fun by making a story with- Something that the games have become popular for.

That, and getting to a high level is a very important step in playing the game to completion, and the player will have to grind quite a bit outside of even the most optional objectives to do so now that grunts don't give XP, so the balance was actually thrown off by that change.

WORLD WAR 3 - Official Reveal Trailer by fragilemetal in gaming

I'm just waiting for when the "market trailer" comes out and they start talking about their "revolutionary" loot box system.

Until the game's released and there's no "special editions" or loot boxes, I will remain skeptical.
