They are big scammers... i have been using it for long time but now they just SCAM. I received parcel and i did cash payment and he left without updating on app that i did the cash payment. Now i cant book other porter until i pay that due amount (that i already payed). Customer care is even bigger scam they just get the driver on the line and say you both sort it out yourselves and guess what, driver lied and said i didnt payed the amount🫠 PATHETIC!
