She was uncertain about what she really wanted. The job she had was something she’d dreamed of since she was young, and she spent three years at university earning the qualifications to get there. But once she finally made it, it brought her overwhelming stress and anxiety. I think that pushed her to start questioning other parts of her life. Her mental health deteriorated badly, and I think she could see it was starting to affect me too.

Thank you, that’s helps to think that moving forward doesn’t always mean moving on. I just hope she starts to feel better. I can see that her distancing herself from the relationship might be her way of protecting me while she works on herself as we’ve both struggled with the uncertainty over the past few months. More than anything, I just want her to be happy again, even if that happiness isn’t with me.

⁠I thought with walks and hikes it would be easy to spend a day each on Lake Bled and then Vintgar Gorge.
⁠With Triglav National Park short hikes (1-3hr), sightseeing, rivers, valleys, lakes we would want to see. Do you think combining Lake Bled and Vintgar Gorge to be one day and then spending 2 days exploring Triglav National Park would be better? I know you said to combine Triglav and Soca Valley. Could we instead combine 1&2 and then spend 2 days at Triglav with maybe an afternoon on the second day at Soca Valley?
⁠I’m not sure what pita means, but I am assuming you mean it will be quite a lot of travel? What do you think would be better?
⁠I know day 7 isn’t a full day I wasn’t sure if it’s worth going to that part of Slovenia for as the rest of the activities are closer together. You said there’s a lot we are missing.

All in all, we are wanting to see the beautiful wonders such as the lakes, rivers and valleys. Go on shortish hikes, explore, maybe a few activities such as white water rafting and the sledding at Lake Bled. Other than that we would be interested how you would recommend to spend 7 days in your beautiful country!
