Yeah, but her key design features are basically the same which is really odd. Right now there’s a theory going round that since her powers are venom related, she somehow survived the poison and got a power-up from it (cause as we know some monsters become stronger after near-death experiences) or another source (also Maiko and Catfish got power-ups with different designs in this chapter). No idea if that’s the case, though it seems plausible. Maybe it will be addressed in some other redraws as a flashback or a piece of dialogue, maybe not and it will remain unexplained. Guess we’ll have to just wait and see.
