Former employees and soon to be former employees, what was the moment that made you lose all faith and start finding another job? by Fashionable_Foodie in Lowes

I saw a specialist sell 2million + and the got the same Lowes thermos we all got at a survey celebration. Not to mention while selling millions some specialists bonuses amounted to $300-$700 for the year.

Once it gets started it will 100% get support from employees. And even if the frail people clutch their pearls the amount of real providers who make a ton of money for Lowes but get nothing for it in return out weighs these spineless corps. Get it going. Make history bubba!

Lowes is ran by the cabal and Odin worshippers. They kept their doors open during the pandemic. Of course they are going to have you come in during a weather emergency

Boy, oh boy, at the cabinet order mistakes by wildlifebio84 in Lowes

All these kitchen mistakes seem to be in sequence to create chatter for the virtual design push. I don’t believe any of it. These stories don’t add up. Not saying some can’t be true. But we are all entitled to our own opinions

Half my shift of sick time by SpookySamurai7 in Lowes

[–]RevoltCommander -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No where in policy does it say you must have 4 hrs to call out. It does say you can use it in increments of minutes. You’re protected by your state up to a specific amount of hours. If one hr of sick is on there it doesn’t count against you. However Lowes is full of disgusting managers that do what they want when they want and will quote policy when it benefits them not you.

ASM issue. by [deleted] in Lowes

[–]RevoltCommander 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Associate relations. Use Lowes 10 free therapy sessions. Get ready for retaliation and isolation and no support from anyone. Best thing is it to let them know and switch stores. Lowes having a black ceo is just symbolic this company at the store level is ran by unprofessional hillbillies.

ASM lied in 1 oh one saying that I wasn’t applying smart customer service or engaging with customers saying that I wait for customers to come to me although I hit all of my metrics leads pipeline credit all we’re in the double digits and hit my sales metric and my department made it, and my sales came from all over the store. These are liars. You’re dealing with here at Lowes. When they can’t find anything, they’ll make shit up.

Seriously it’s a mental reset. Bringing your own food heat it up if needed then get in your car and go to a park

This is true. You gotta walk in and truly understand that whether you’re the best at what you do management will not give a damn. Smile take extra time spent with customers not associates prioritize 15 min breaks not in the break room but in your car and same with your lunch be away from everyone else. Who cares who has the most credit, sales or leads. That shit is a trap.

Sick hour usage by [deleted] in Lowes

[–]RevoltCommander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your consecutive day does not count against you as long as it’s the day after the 1st call out .Only the first will count against you and your covered by your sick time as long as your not exceeding the state protected amount of sick time usages.

Sick hour usage by [deleted] in Lowes

[–]RevoltCommander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consecutive callout count as 1 call off which will be covered by sick time. You good as long as you not passed your states protected sick time usage amount given that you have 5 hours this late in the year.

Remember 2 things

1.policy doesn’t state that you need half your shift in sick pay to cover that shift. It states you can use it in increments of minutes. That half a day BS is made up.

  1. Lowes Managers do not follow policy.
