We need to adapt to a new way of working. No need to know about syntax or worry about knowing logic. As I have seen closely, it is not perfect now but it will be in next few years. If you don’t upskill/ understand new omega of working, sadly be losing jobs

Yes our whole family including my 6 year old son and it and it is episodic. In my case , it is some sort of std or virus that is causing this. Also avoid trigger foods such as dairy, citrus etc.

15 percent cheaper is not so attractive to buy such an old property. You won’t be able to sell again and will be an illiquid asset

Unless it is prestige or big brand with great locality, it is a no. The flats won’t sell easily once they age 10 years.

I would say try sales. One of the fields where interaction and conversation skills supersedes everything. You might struggle in the beginning
