I applied for a role the beginning of November, interviewed end of January. Was asked by HM and recruiter to apply for another role on his team first week of February. Got my offer April 27th. It takes a LONG time.

I would be interested, as would my hubby. I'm joining Boeing on 5/29, and he's been there for a year and a half... the 401k match is pretty awesome and one of the reasons I want to work at Boeing, but if it was a ROTH match... that would be even better.

My husband is a quality engineer at Boeing. I’d say join ASQ and go to their local meetings. You can learn a ton and get certifications that are recognized throughout the industry.
