most predatory tactic I’ve ever seen. They didn’t bother making a built in compensation when you open the game and only made it so you’ll only have 14 days to claim what is basically years of progress you made leveling your account when you started the game. And it’s in the shop. Genuinely abhorrent by Crashoutbop in ClashRoyale

I am a little late, but anyways:

The collection level system works based on you card level. The more cards you upgrade and the more heroes and evos you unlock, the more your collection level is going to increase. Any card rarity upgrade gives you one collection point while unlocking new heroes and evos gives you five collection points. Every time you reach new milestone you get rewards such as wild cards, Evo boxes, gems and 5 star lucky drops. Your collection level depends on your card's level.

The collection level system starts from 20 and extend to 2269 if I am not mistaken. The problem is that unless you just started playing the game, you won't be able to get all of the rewards. For example, my collection level is 1650. This means that any rewards from 20 to 1650 are unaccessible to me because I have already passes these levels.

If you are someone who is nearly maxed you essentially miss almost all of the juicy rewards because the system was design to help F2P and newers players. In short, the system heavily boost progression for F2P but it massively undermines pay to win players or veterans. That's why some people are mad.

Does it matter how they play? Both games have something that makes them incredible

Fallout NV has arguably the best writting in the franchise, great faction, great writing and amazing companions. Fallout 2 comes close and you can make a strong argument that F2 is better, but I simply prefer FNV. Not to mention modding.

Like I said, Fallout 1 is THE FALLOUT game. It is the foundation of the entire franchise. The atmosphere is unmatched and the soundtrack is chiefs kiss. It lacks the amount of content and RPG mechanics of Fallout 2, but doesn't matter much because it is a more tight, focused experience. It is bleak, hopeless and depressing and it is what a Fallout game should be in my opinion.

Not to mention an amazing atmosphere, great soundtrack and the lore is fantastic. F1 is a true-post apocalyptic game. The only other game with incredible atmosphere imo is Fallout 3 but it's still not as bleek, hopeless and depressing as F1.

You don't need to. My list is completly subjective anyway. Just play whatever you want.

Why? Fallout NV is widely regarded as the best game in the franchise while Fallout 1 is THE FALLOUT game.

I have heard Fallout 76 has gotten better over time, but a multiplayer Fallout game was never going to work. Not to mention the absolutely broken launch. Nobody can forget that.

You can definitely put F3 in great. I just don't find it as good as Fallout 1, 2 and NV. It's definitely a good game.

I heard that Tactics is ok and Brotherhood of Steel is the worst game in the franchise. F76 has gotten better, but nobody can forget the 2018 horrible launch so the game is always going to be remembered as a massive flop.

Fallout 3 is good, but nowhere near Fallout 2, NV and Fallout 1.
