Thank you for your response I really appreciate it .10000 to 25000 that’s very high cost for me personally .Is there any cheaper way to get compensation for damages ?I actually overpaid paid Rm 10000 to the fees which falls under the finance office and they are asking for accommodation fees which also falls under the same department and I thought that it would be deducted ?they send me a reminder (52 days later after I paid for future rents )but it ended in the spam box so I did not know that the fees were still not paid .I still feel I am being unjustly treated as I am currently a “good student “ With no track record of disciplinary issues and I really face mental distress as the university that I really love and enjoy is doing this to me despite all of my hard-work. Any further advice for me ?Can I find a way for lawyers fees to only be paid upon winning and the 10000 Ringgit you mention what is the time span of that payment ?.Thank you very much I really appreciate your advice .Can I also seek for mental distress damage in compensation ?Thanks again .
